Capensis Silene Chardonnay 2024 Piaff Palate: Rich peatDESCRIPTION Made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from selected vineyards in Stellenbosch, including Fijnbosch Estate (43%), Nooitgedacht (37%), Limoenkloof (10%) and Zetler (10%), grown on ancient, weathered granite and sandstone derived soils that contribute power and structure. The 2023 season was mild and dry, resulting in smaller berries and concentrated fruit, while a cool ripening period preserved freshness. The wine was fermented and matured for
