A point of acidity adds levity and length

Medium bodied with some dryness in the mouth

Here too there is just enough wood to notice on the much spicier and sauvageinflected nose of red currant

Give this 5-8 years of time before popping a cork and enjoy it for the next 20 years after that

there is a sense of a winery changing tack and in my opinion

Perrot Minot, Charmes Chambertin Vv other_regions_italy A point of acidity adds(from a 1. 5 ha parcel situated directly across from Domaine Rousseaus parcel of Chambertin). A brooding and intensely earthy nose features notes of dark berries, plum, smoked tea and a hint of animale that is also reflected by the focused and beautifully intense medium bodied flavors that possess an unusually refined mouth feel. There is muscle here but essentially this is a Charmes of refinement though the hugely long finish is explosive. (92 95)
