Trizanne Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge Pinot Noir 2024 Bruichladdich This Extra Añejo tequila isDESCRIPTION Trizanne Hemel en Aarde Ridge Pinot Noir 2024 is sourced from two contrasting vineyards: one just below the Kleinrivier Mountains in the Overberg and the other on the Hemel en Aarde Ridge. Harvested between late February and early March 2024, grapes were cooled overnight, destemmed and transferred to open top fermenters for a cold soak before natural fermentation. Gentle daily punch downs ensured delicate extraction, and after fermentation
