THE SUN, THE STARS AND THE MOON - Emu In The Sky - Print - Limited Edition get back to the land Grace saidThe Sun, The Stars and The Moon Emu In The Sky By Grace Brown In most Aboriginal cultures, the Sun is a woman and the Moon is a man. Some Aboriginal communities describe the Sun woman pursuing the Moon man across the sky from day to day, occasionally meeting during an eclipse. Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people were, and continue to be, careful observers of the stars. The stars are the homes of ancestors, animals, plants, and spirits.
