but it was all worth it being out in the conditions taking pictures

I came across this beach with plenty of interesting rocks

Spending some time to capture the scene brought me the above photograph as well as some wet feet from standing on the landing for a couple of shots as well

however there is plenty of more to do from whale watching in the winter

Playing with some different angles I noticed this puddle from the recent rain and positioned myself for the reflection image. Even at daybreak there were still a handful of people just heading out of the casinos after a long night of gambling.
