Connect the source (Clipper, Duette, DC60 etc) to be measured into one side and the load (which can be a DC1 or similar) to the other. Meters will indicate the voltage and ampage Case is in good condition, the face has a couple of scratches. Please review the pictures. Fully tested and works as advertised. 1 pair of links included.
