My life has been full of painful experiences as long as I’ve known myself

and to do them better this time

I had to make the choice to change my life when I was released

But I know now that we can always make the decision to refocus and lock onto a positive target

Spending time in prison meant missing out on a lot but it didnt mean the end of my life, and Im grateful to have this second chance to do so many things, and to do them better this time.
