Palari Rosso del Soprano Sicilia IGT, Sicily, Italy 2016 Case (6x750ml) Savennieres with good ripenessThe Rosso del Soprano wine produced by the Sicilian winery Palari is a classic cuve of the terroir, well reflecting the character of this small windy corner of Sicily. At the end of the harvest, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts. The wine matures in second passage barriques, where it remains from 6 to 12 months, depending on the vintage. It is bottled without any clarification or filtration and completes
