Description

mouthwateringly salt-tinged finish also affords glimpses of smoky and stony mineral nuances rare in a Riesling this rich

the 2007 Brut Cuvée Nicolas François is showing very nicely

The charmingly round and seductively textured mediumbodied flavors possess a caressing mouthfeel before culminating in a lingering finish that moderately tightens up on the balanced and lingering finish

Dark and imposing

This is also still very much on the way up and while the excellent level of dry extract would allow this to be enjoyed now
