Smoke Wagon Bottled in Bond Rye Whiskey Size:750 ml just to the east ofThough sourced from MGP in Indiana, Smoke Wagons Bottled in Bond Rye Whiskey is made from a much more Kentucky like mash bill of 51% rye, 45% corn, and 4% malted barley which is bottled in bond at 100 proof. The nose gives off a sweet caramel scent, showing off the higher proportion of corn in the mash. Scents of vanilla and a light floral note join the caramel. Sipping reveals pine, mint, and peppercorn all enveloped within a soft caramel sweetness.
