加工は「塩素擦り」という手法です。

生後５～７カ月程度の子羊から刈り取られたラムズウールを使用。ラムズウールは繊維が細かく柔らかいため風合いが良くなります。この原料を使用した紡毛糸を使ってざっくりとしたツイードタッチに織りあげた中肉素材です。原料の良さによるふくらみや柔らかさが特徴で、軽く保温性にも優れています。

これが野生の革に見られる特徴です。また、小さな製品に向いている理由でもあります。

梳毛ウールと綿糸をかけ合わせて織った交織生地。縦糸、緯糸ともにウール４本：綿４本の繰り返しで糸を切り替えて使用しています。
