Sweet and smooth on the palate, with the aroma of sun dried grapes. Splash over grilled meats, cheese or mix with sugar and vanilla and use to macerate fruit. Producer Produced by Jos Pez Lobato, a family business who have been producing fine sherry vinegar for over 60 years in Jerez, southern Spain. Capirete vinegars are aged in the solera method, in which the vinegar is matured in a
