We've mixed our recipe up with some old and some new, combining citrus vodka, orange liqueur, lime, cranberry and rhubarb syrup. Made to be enjoyed over ice with a flamed orange peel garnish. Based on a cocktail popularised by Carrie Bradshaw, NYC, 1998 2004.
