Description

The Great Great Grandmother's Land depicts motifs that give symbolic form to tribal women engaged in cultural activities in a desert environment known as Yuelamu

women gathering bush tucker such as bush berries and witchery grubs

as well as the bush tucker which grows underground as sweet yams

This story is about the journey we go through in life and the pathway we take to get there

and every night the Jampijinpa man follows after them across the sky
