Birds Wall hanging ganchillo unique woman"The birds represent the history of Santiago Atitln and evoke both nature and the traditional clothing of Guatemala." This work of art was designed and hand stitched by Flora Tejaxn Chuy, member of the Sumpango embroidery group. Nine intricate and colorfully embroidered birds are framed by an indigo cloth. Each bird is different and full of life! This would brighten up any wall in the home or office.
