The fresh snow in the Willamette National Forest had been a beautiful area to do some snowshoeing and just take in the awe inspiring scene of snow covered fir trees

I must have stayed in creek photographing and admiring the beauty for about 10 minutes before leaving and climbing up the creeks bank

give an ancient feel to the viewer as if you were looking back in time during the pleistocene era

I decided to call it a day
