Antique French Ribbonwork Wreath Garland Applique Decoration red roses may I offer this postallyFound as you see with the center crinoline still intact, may I offer this floral garland applique made in France during the Art Deco (1920s 1930s) period. In a circular shape, the French ombre ribbon wreath of flowers features a pink bow at the bottom. I believe this bit of ribbonwork would have been on a lingerie or hanky holder; okay, maybe a decoration on a satin chemise or slip. Colors include pink, yellow, pale blue and olive green. Definite
