Apia Dover 99S Sinking Lure 11 (1789) Saltwater Jigging P.E Lines 4X/5 lb testApia Dover 99S Sinking Lure 11 (1789) 99mm Sinking minnow shore plug 11 The Dover 99S is a sinking minnow for keeping a baitfish profile slightly deeper and more controlled than a floating plug. It is useful when wind, current, or wave movement makes a floating lure ride too high, or when fish are sitting just under the surface feed. The advantage is depth control. Count it down, start the retrieve, then use steady winding, sharp twitches, and pauses.
