Indie Xisto Apulia Compared to Prüm’s other sitesA pure expression of terroir from the Douro Valley in Portugal, this red wine is a field blend of native varieties like Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca from vines planted in 1950. Grown in blue schist soils at high elevation, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is aged for up to 22 months in French oak. It features a complex bouquet of red berries, spices, and forest floor with a mineral edge. On the palate, it is elegant
