For a spicy kick, Eddie uses the Wild Turkey famous high rye mash bill. He then ages the whiskey for 6 8 years, longer than any other whiskey in this "weight class", in hand selected American oak barrels with the famous #4 "alligator char" to get the most flavor from each barrel.
