The Buttery Bake rap What would you do withDid you know pastries existed even before the English language itself? Its a centuries old craft where simple ingredients like flour, butter and sugar come together to create a range of textures from light and flaky to crisp and crumbly. At its core, pastry is a type of dough used to create the base of many sweet and savoury bakes. While the crust brings structure, its the combination of texture and filling that makes these dishes so widely loved.
