It shows Hans Schemms in profile in the center, with the name and date in text around the rim of the badge. Hitler appointed Hans Schemm as the Leader of Cultural and Educational Affairs of Bavaria in April of 1933. He had a storied career with the NSDAP party, and its worth looking him up. This tinnie is in great condition.
