A selection of 236 barrels were blended and bottled unfiltered in March 2017 into 61

2001 was the last year before the introduction of manual sorting (although there was always manual harvesting) but it doesn't seem to have done any harm

even with its considerable sweetness

Can be aged 10-15 years
