Highwayman 2021 Reserve Chardonnay - 750ml Brut Authentique Its exhilarating acidity and flavorsThis 2021 Chardonnay is up there with the best vintages of this wine produced to date. From the nose fresh citrus zest, bright melon and tropical notes prevail. And the midpalate a lush, round and satisfying mouthfeel that's just kissed by oak. Light, friendly acidity balances this wine out wonderfully and takes it home with a fresh, lingering, mineral driven finish. Pair with poached shrimp salad over butter lettuce or grilled spatchcocked chicken
