I made a pre-sunrise trip to La Jolla Cove

These approach also give a nice perspective of the building itself

A new year has begun and I took the opportunity to photograph the first sunrise of 2013 in Denver

Santa Fe Opera House Abstract Reflection Heading up to the valleyAs a spent a week in Santa Fe I worked on capturing abstract images of the architecture which provided a sense of place. The simple lines of this wall with the tower behind drew me in on a clear morning. With the blue sky I was able to keep the colors simple and just focus on the details in the building.
