A series of ‘catch-up’ bottlings numbered 101-126 followed and these eventually made way for the release in 2004 of the first 100% single vintage wine (1976)

Created in 1869

Matured in 100% seasoned French oak hogsheads for 8 months prior to blending and bottling

The wine is basket pressed to a combination of seasoned French and American oak hogsheads for 8 months maturation prior to bottling
