No Minutes to Midnight Raspberry (2023) sold out Yeehaw Y’all is our (mostly)No Minutes to Midnight was aged in bourbon barrels for 14 months and conditioned on loOoOoots of dried raspberries and roasted cocoa nibs. Its velvety smooth and sticky in the best way, with pronounced notes of dark chocolate and tart jam, all within a boozy embrace. The result is a mind meltingly delicious stout that straddles the beer dessert continuum.
