This new style of soft ears comes with a metal reinforced center and lower hole so they won't rip as easily. The lower hole allows you to attach them in 2 spots to your JT Proflex, unlike traditional soft ears that only have one hole location. The JT Thumbscrews can be screwed in easily by hand.
