Produced at 1,550 meters above sea level, the Gesha is grown alongside cacao, citrus, avocado, plantain, ceiba trees, and other coffee varieties, creating a diverse ecosystem that contributes to the farm's quality. For this custom lot, 455 kg of perfectly ripe Gesha cherries averaging 21 Brix were carefully selected. The cherries were
