We use lavender, crampbark, mugwort, nettle, and raspberry leaf to support women when cramps and discomfort are present and to help with nighttime flushing during menopause. Then we added a blend of essential oils to ease tension and help you relax. If youd prefer not to use animal products, we now offer a vegan option made with candelilla wax instead of
