This fruit is picked a little later than our Styx Gully Chardonnay to produce a slightly fuller style of Chardonnay. This Chardonnay is soft rich and toasty with no sharp edges like silky smooth velvet giving a lovely weight and creamy texture of vanilla bean custard with peaches and white nectarine.
