Antique Victorian Era Black Forest Style 23" Tobacco Pipe Rack, Ornate Hand Carved Decoration 19th century painting This one simply marked "Paris"Fantastic antique French Napoleon III or Victorian era Black Forest style hand carved 22 3 4" wide tobacco pipe rack or display piece, highly ornate scrolling decoration & overall fabulous condition! Gorgeous! Currently, it will hold twelve pipes with an average pipe stem diameter of 5 8". Exceptional detail and a large center medallion with what appears to be a "SE" monogram. Very good condition. There is a small split on the right side but it's
