The wine was left on the skins for 21 days post ferment and then drained to older French barriques for 8 months of barrel ageing before release. A rich and ripe Pinot Noir displaying dark cherry, berry fruit and savoury characters. A generous concentrated palate exhibits well integrated fine tannins and delivers a wonderful persistence of
