Maxime Crotet, Aligoté Maceration 2024 Pét Nat + Friends Food wine at it best

Maxime Crotet, Aligoté Maceration 2024 Pét Nat + Friends Food wine at it bestPlace: Burgundy, France Grape: Aligot Vibe: Tangy Tangy, tangerine leaning maceration. The colour is to die for. Copper hued, almost ramato esque. Texture to match, with just enough grip. Peach skin in both flavour and phenolics. Finally something skinsy with interest but still utterly drinkable. Bravo, Maxime! ABV: 12%
