Unfiltered, unfined, naturally fermented and 91 days on skins with absolutely no additions. Pinot Blanc (50%) gives this clean aromatics, Savagnin (40%) the acidity and mid palate weight and a squeeze of Pinot Gris (10%) brings its blushing pink hue.
