Cascina Degli Ulivi, A Demua 2021 Portugal countered by an enviable freshnessPlace: Franconia, Germany Grape: Riesling, Verdea, Timorasso, Bosco and Moscatella Vibe: Mental Wow, this is an expressive wine! Fermented on skins for a month and then aged for a year in barrel, it all comes together beautifully. The wine evolves with every sip, starting dry and rich, then warm and spicy, before revealing layers of ripe pear and apricot. It finishes with a textured, grainy minerality. There's a hint of VA and some wonderfully woven
